Dr. Patrick Makokoro is a social entrepreneur, educational researcher with extensive experience working in community and international development. He practices as a development consultant with research interests in community development, social justice, early childhood education, child protection, policy advocacy, and government relations. Dr. Makokoro has worked to establish and strengthen early childhood development advocacy networks in Africa and globally, while creating opportunities for leadership capacity development in the early childhood sector.

- Early Childhood Development Networking, Leadership and Policy Advocacy
- Early Childhood Development in sub-Saharan Africa
